Our collaborative work with Dr. Yohei Hayashi's Lab at RIKEN BRC is out at Human Molecular Genetics. Wilson's disease is caused by mutations in ATP7B, which is a copper transporter. I started using an iPS cell line derived from a Wilson's disease patient harboring the homozygous ATP7B R778L mutation, when I was a postdoc in the US.
