張さん歓迎花見 / Kai Zhang Welcome Hanami (Cherry Blossom Viewing)

　４月から大学院生として研究室に来てくれた張さんの歓迎会として、花見に行きました。桜だけでなく、チューリップや菜の花など、いろいろ咲いていてきれいでした。ただ、食べたり飲んだりし始めると、全然花を見ない、思ったより寒い、という花見あるあるを実行してました。張さんのこれからの活躍に期待します。

As a welcome party for Kai Zhang, who came to our lab as a graduate student in April, we went to see cherry blossoms. It was beautiful with not only cherry blossoms but also tulips, rape blossoms, and many other flowers. However, once we started eating and drinking, we didn't look at the flowers at all, and it was colder than we expected, which is a common practice at cherry blossom viewing. We look forward to seeing more of Kai Zhang's work in the future.
